CITY OF LONDON INVESTMENT GROUP PLC

("City of London", "CLIG", "the Group" or "the Company")

 

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group
offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in
closed-end funds, has been notified that Tom Griffith, a person discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has exercised 17,000 share options at an
exercise price of £2.55 per ordinary share of £0.01 in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following these transactions, Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest is 557,147
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's issued share
capital.
