EBT Share Purchase

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group
offering a range of institutional and retail products, announces that the
Company's Employee Benefit Trust purchased 38,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
on 27 March 2026 at a price of £3.79 per share.

 

Following these purchases, the Trust holds 1,389,754 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 2.7% of the Company's issued capital, of which 633,570
(1.3% of the Company's issued capital) is held in custody for employees under
the terms of the Employee Incentive Plan (EIP).
