Holding(s) in Company

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group
offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in
closed-end funds, announces that the Company's Employee Benefit Trust
purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on 5 August 2022 at a price of
£4.10 per share.

 

Following these purchases, the Trust holds 1,906,566 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 3.8% of the Company's issued capital, of which 673,414
(1.3% of the Company's issued capital) is held in custody for employees under
the terms of the Employee Incentive Plan (EIP).
