Holding(s) in Company

 

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group
offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in
closed-end funds, announces that the Company's Employee Benefit Trust
purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on 15 October 2024 at a price of
£3.692 per share.

 

Following these purchases, the Trust holds 1,831,841 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 3.6% of the Company's issued capital, of which 1,013,403
(2.0% of the Company's issued capital) is held in custody for employees under
the terms of the Employee Incentive Plan (EIP).
