** Stock set for biggest one-day pct drop since October 8, 2024; top pct loser on Hang Seng Index .HSI and Hang Seng Property Index .HSNP, which are down lips 0.5% and 0.6% respectively

** CK Asset posts 20% y/y drop in 2024 profit attributable

** Declares final dividend of HK$1.35, a 16.7% y/y decline

** Stock down 0.6% YTD
