SALE OF UK POWER NETWORKS HOLDINGS LIMITED

 

 

CKI Number 1 Limited (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CK Infrastructure
Holdings Limited), Eagle Insight International Limited (an indirect wholly
owned subsidiary of CK Asset Holdings Limited), Devin International Limited
(an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Power Assets Holdings Limited) and
ENGIE UK 2026 Limited (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of ENGIE S.A.) (the
'Purchaser') have today, 7 May 2026, completed the sale and purchase of 100%
of the issued share capital of UK Power Networks Holdings Limited ('UKPN')
under the terms of a share purchase agreement entered into on 25 February
2026.

Eastern Power Networks plc, London Power Networks plc and South Eastern Power
Networks plc are wholly owned subsidiaries of UKPN.
