HK's CK Life soars to over 4-year peak, to present drug development data

** Shares of drugmaker CK Life Sciences Int'l (Holdings) Inc
 0775.HK  soar as much as 156.3% to HK$0.91, their highest since
June 2015
    ** Stock is the top percentage gainer on the Hong Kong
bourse 
    ** Says will present data from its ongoing phase 3 clinical
study of seviprotimut-L, an investigational vaccine-based
treatment of melanoma, on Nov. 8 at the 2019 Society for
Immunotherapy of Cancer Annual Meeting in Maryland, United

    ** Chairman Victor Li says the product has the potential to
generate earnings on obtaining approval from regulatory
authorities and co is also working on vaccines which target
other types of cancer
    ** Stock down 2.7% this year, as of last close 
    ** CK Life Sciences' shares have underperformed the Hang
Seng Commerce & Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 2.7 percentage
points in the past month
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC 
eases 0.2%, while the benchmark index  .HSI  gains 0.1%
