Brief: Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires Acquires Petits-Fils From Clariane For EUR 345 Mln
June 12 (Reuters) - A unit of Credit Agricole CAGR.PA has agreed to buy Petits-Fils, the leading provider of at-home services for seniors in France, from Clariane CLARI.PA, it said on Thursday. The deal, valued at 345 million euros ($397.47 million), is expected to close during the third quarter of the year.
