GTT GTT.PA:
French LNG tank technology company GTT received an order from Samsung Heavy Industries for the tank design of three new LNG carriers, with delivery scheduled for the first and second quarters of 2029.  

EMEIS EMEIS.PA:
French healthcare company Emeis has appointed former French minister Olivier Dussopt as chairman of the board.
      
BOUYGUES BOUY.PA:
French construction and telecoms group Bouygues' property unit Bouygues Immobilier signed a partnership agreement with Domani for residential facilities for elderly people, with projects identified in several French cities and deliveries expected by 2028.

CLARIANE CLARI.PA:
French healthcare company Clariane announced the success of its offering of €333 million of hybrid notes bearing 7.88% fixed interest for the first three years, with proceeds to repay €332.5 million ODIRNANE bonds and refinancing expenses.
