** Shares in French care homes operator Clariane CLARI.PA
drop 14% after a share dilution effect following the
implementation of its second recapitalisation
** "This dilution effect should be the main driver for the
recent share price drop", said AlphaValue analyst Yi Zhong
** The group launched earlier this month a second capital
increase of 237 million euros ($253.09 million) with a
subscription price reflecting a 65% discount on the closing
price as of June 11th
** The company will communicate the updated shareholding
structure at the completion of the recap
** Share on track for worst day since early February, if
losses hold
