    Argan announced Tuesday it has signed with Crédit Agricole
Nord De France and other crédit agricole's regional banks, a
sustainability performance-linked loan of 139.6 million euros.

    Supermarket chain Carrefour Brasil  CRFB3.SA  said Tuesday
that its board approved calling a shareholders meeting to elect

    GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ  GTT.PA 
    The French engineering company said it has receives an order
from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries to design a new LNG carrier.
The delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

    A French lawyer is expected to file several criminal
complaints against the French care home operator linked to
allegations of resident mistreatment, reported Le Parisien
