July 7 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from French and Benelux media which could have an impact

    EDF  EDF.PA 
    The French government is about to kick off the search for a
new chief executive for the utility as it is being
re-nationalised, French paper Les Echos reported, adding that
current boss Jean-Bernard Levy is expected to step down as soon
as a successor has been found. 
    Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne said on Wednesday that the
country will fully nationalise EDF in a move that would give the
government more control over a restructuring of the debt-laden
group while contending with a European energy crisis.

    TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA 
    The company restarted the large crude distillation unit
(CDU) at its 238,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas,
refinery, said sources familiar with plant operations.

    Cofinimmo announced that it will acquire a care home in
Madrid for around 12 million euros ($12.22 million).

    Eurazeo  EURA.PA :
    The France-based investment company announced the sale of
its entire stake in Reden Solar to a consortium including
Macquarie Asset Management, British Columbia Investment
Management Corporation (BCI) and MEAG. It said the sale valued
the business at 2.5 billion euros and generated proceeds of 633
