Jan 12 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    ALSTOM  ALSO.PA :
    French train maker signed a new contract to supply
metropolis trains to Santo Domingo metro, in the Dominican
Republic, it said on Wednesday.
    KORIAN  KORI.PA :
    French care home operator completed an acquisition of Grupo
5, which strengths its position in mental health market in
Spain, it said on Wednesday.
    ORPEA  ORP.PA :
    Care homes company Orpea said discussions were still going
on with its financial creditors. 
    SANOFI  SASY.PA :
    Sanofi Ventures announced on Wednesday an additional
multi-year commitment from the French drugmaker Sanofi, with an
increase in capital to more than $750 million to the evergreen
venture fund.
    UBISOFT  UBIP.PA :
    French video game maker Ubisoft announced on Wednesday to
increase its writedown estimate to 500 million euros ($538
million) and cut its full-year revenue target after ending 2022
with weaker-than-expected sales.
