ADP confirmed traffic assumptions, forecasts, financial
targets for 2023-2025.
AIR FRANCE-KLM AIRF.PA :
Air France-KLM said on Thursday it has entered into
exclusive discussions with Apollo Global Management for a EUR
1.5 billion quasi-equity financing supported by commercial
partner contracts of loyalty program (flying blue).
ALTEN LTEN.PA :
Alten posted half-year revenue 2.05 billion euros ($2.25
billion) and said it should achieve organic growth in 2023 of
around 10% and will pursue its strategy of targeted external
growth.
CLARIANE CLARI.PA :
Clariane reported on Thursday half-year EBITDAR growth of
EUR 538.3 million and confirmed its objectives for 2023.
ESSILORLUXOTTICA ESLX.PA :
EssilorLuxottica and Kodak announce a perpetual worldwide
brand license agreement.
EURONEXT ENX.PA :
Pan-European stock and derivatives exchange Euronext on
Thursday said it would launch a 200 million euro ($219.88
million) share buyback that would not crimp its ability to make
acquisitions if need be.
IMERYS IMTP.PA :
Imerys reported on Thursday half-year Revenue down 5.6%
(like for like) AT EUR 1,982 million. It says it expects current
EBITDA to be in the range of EUR 630 to 650 million for the full
year 2023 at current perimeter.
KERING PRTP.PA :
French luxury group Kering said on Thursday it was buying a
30% stake in Italian fashion label Valentino from Qatari
investment fund Mayhoola for 1.7 billion euros ($1.87 billion)
in cash.
MCPHY ENERGY MCPHY.PA :
McPhy Energy postedhalf-year EBIT loss of EUR 24.8 million
and a backlog of EUR 33.4 million as of June 30, up 9% against
December 31, 20220.
NEOEN NEOEN.PA :
Neoen posted half-year revenue up 24% to 277 million euros
and confirmed its 2023 targets.
L'OREAL OREP.PA :
Second-quarter sales at French cosmetics giant L'Oreal
slightly beat expectations, as a rebound in China helped offset
slower growth in the United States where the rising cost of
living is prompting shoppers to tighten their purse strings.
TIKEHAU CAPITAL TKOO.PA :
Tikehau Capital posted on Thursday asset management AUM at
30 June of EUR 40.5 billion and confirmed its 2026 targets.
SES IMAGOTAG SESL.PA :
SES Imagotag reported second-quarter sales at EUR 221
million, up 33% year-on-year. The group said it expects to
continue driving its solid growth, and confirms its 2023
full-year revenue target of EUR 800 million.
VIVENDI VIV.PA :
Vivendi's CEO said he had "no regrets" about the way the
acquisition of publishing house Lagardere LAGA.PA was carried
out, a deal which required the French media company to sell some
businesses to address European Commission competition concerns.
