Oct 28 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AIRBUS AIR.PA: Airbus AIR.PA has pushed back the assembly of some of its small A220 jets this year and next, and may only hit its 2026 target of producing 14 A220s a month in the final weeks of that year, three industry sources said on Monday.

CLARIANE SE CLARI.PA:    French healthcare services company Clariane reported sales of 3,976 million euros at 30 September 2025 but lowered its full-year EBITDA target, now expecting growth below the initial range of +6% to +9%.

EU/LITHUANIA: European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Monday that Europe stands in full solidarity with Lithuania in the face of the persistent incursions of helium smuggling balloons into its airspace.

GECINA SA GFCP.PA:    French real estate company Gecina acquired a new office building in Paris for 135 million euros including duties, with the transaction expected to close in early 2026 and be immediately accretive.

LUMIBIRD SA LBIRD.PA:    French photonics company Lumibird reported nine-month revenue up 9.6% to 155.1 million euros and anticipates very high activity in Q4 2025, despite delivery delays in its medical division postponed to the fourth quarter.

RENAULT RENA.PA/STELLANTIS:  New car sales in Europe rose 10.7% in September, driven by growth in almost all markets led by Germany and the UK, European Automobile Manufacturers' Association data showed on Tuesday.
