On 15 April 2024, the following Executive Directors acquired ordinary shares
of 25p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of vested
performance-related nil-cost options granted under the Clarkson PLC 2014 Long
Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") on 7 May 2020 and 13 April 2021.
