The Company announces that on 1 November 2024, Jeff Woyda, Executive Director,
exercised an option over 572 ordinary shares of £0.25 in the Company, at an
option price of £31.44, pursuant to the terms of the Clarkson PLC ShareSave
Plan.

 

Following the above transaction, which is detailed in the attached PDMR
Notification Dealing Form, the Director's interests in the Company's share
