Closed Period Trading Update

 

Clarkson PLC, the world's leading provider of integrated shipping services, is
pleased to announce that underlying profit before tax for the year ended 31
December 2025, subject to audit, is now expected to be not less than £90m,
reflecting stronger results in the second half of the year.

 

Clarksons' results will be reported on 9 March 2026.
