    Two senior members of Silvio Berlusconi's Forza Italia group
said on Friday they were joining the small centrist Azione party
ahead of forthcoming elections, saying Italy's conservative bloc

    The Italian energy group believes it will be able to
completely replace Russian gas imports by 2025 as uncertainty
over Moscow's energy supplies to Europe forces countries to seek

    Eni said on Friday that it would receive only part of the
gas it had requested from Russia's Gazprom  GAZP.MM  for July 30
and expected that situation to continue until Sept. 1.

    Eni has achieved cost efficiencies of 200 million euros and
may be able to double that in the second half of the year, Chief
Executive Claudio Descalzi told MF in an interview on Saturday. 
   
    
    CNH INDUSTRIAL  CNHI.MI 
    The agricultural and construction machine maker beat
estimates on Friday with a 14% rise in industrial operating
profit in the second quarter and confirmed its full year outlook

    EXOR  EXOR.MI 
    The holding company of the Agnelli family will transfer the
listing of its ordinary shares to Euronext Amsterdam by
mid-August and will delist from Euronext Milan. The holding
company said on Friday it would start a second tranche of shares

    Francesco Milleri, who took the reins at holding company
Delfin after the death of eyewear billionaire Leonardo del
Vecchio, plans to manage its investments in Mediobanca and
Generali in line with his predecessor's strategy which was one
of pushing for internationalisation through M&A, the manager
said in an interview with Il Sole 24 Ore published on Saturday.

    Red Bull's Formula One championship leader Max Verstappen
won the Hungarian Grand Prix from 10th on the starting grid on
Sunday as Ferrari rival Charles Leclerc suffered another

    The head of Telecom Italia's network is expected to leave
after the summer, two sources said on Sunday, in a move that may
further complicate the phone group's plan to split its fixed
grid infrastructure from its services unit to cut debt.

    TIM said in a statement it had "not made any announcements
on the matter" at this time and rejected any "allusions about
exits dictated by disagreements with the company's strategic

    Asset manager Anima Holding is willing to support Monte dei
Paschi with capital in exchange for a stronger commercial
relationship and has offered to discuss this possibility with

Melzi d'Eril said in a post-results call on Friday.

    Italy's biggest bank on Friday reported forecast-beating
second quarter profit thanks to higher interest rates, and said
it would finalise capital return plans once it had a clearer

    The Italian utility expects its own gas storage levels to be
at over 80% of capacity at the end of August, CEO Renato
Mazzoncini told analysts in a post-results call, adding the
level was sufficient to allow it to face the winter without any

    BPER holds a stake of 93.9% in Banca Carige following its

    Generali is set to own around 97.36% of Cattolica
Assicurazioni following the mandatory buyout procedure, the
insurer said in a statement on Friday. Cattolica's shares will
be delisted as of Aug. 12, it added.

    The company said on Friday it had signed an agreement with
the National Bank of Greece in relation to the management of a
Greek portfolio consisting of mostly secured non-performing
loans (NPL) for a gross book value of around 1 billion euros.
    
    ENERGY  ENRY.MI 
    The manufacturer of energy storage systems debuts on
Euronext Growth Milan.
    
    NET INSURANCE  NETI.MI 
    Starts listing on Euronext Star Milan.
