15 December 2025

CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CTL", CleanTech Lithium" or the "Company")

Agreement Reached Following Conclusion Of Indigenous Consultations for Laguna
Verde

CleanTech Lithium PLC ("CleanTech Lithium" or "CleanTech" or the "Company")
(AIM: CTL, Frankfurt:T2N), an exploration and development company advancing
sustainable lithium projects in Chile, is pleased to announce the indigenous
consultations for the Special Lithium Operating Contract ("CEOL") in the
Laguna Verde salar have officially concluded. Forming part of the CEOL
process, it is now expected that the Ministry of Mining will open a new
streamlined process for applications from private companies in the near
future.

Highlights:

· The indigenous consultations for the Laguna Verde salar have
officially been declared closed by the Government with all parties in
agreement to award a CEOL for Laguna Verde.

· This has been one of the quickest consultations with indigenous
communities across the lithium industry in Chile.

· The opening of the streamlined process to be awarded a CEOL is now
expected to be announced in the near future, enabling CleanTech Lithium to
apply.

· Laguna Verde is one of the areas prioritised in the National Lithium
Strategy to allow private companies to develop lithium projects in order to
scale Chile's production of lithium for the growing EV and Energy Storage
markets.

· With existing partnerships with indigenous communities, the Company
anticipates its proposed CEOL application will be well received.

Ignacio Mehech, Chief Executive Officer of CleanTech Lithium, commented: "News
of the indigenous consultations concluding for Laguna Verde is very positive
to hear. This means the Government's streamlined process for CleanTech to
apply for the CEOL should open in the near future. With our commitment to
sustainable lithium production, strong partnerships with indigenous
communities, we will be in a good position to apply for the CEOL. Once the
streamlined process has opened for applications, investors can expect a
further update from the Company."
