Dec 7 (Reuters) - Cleanup Corp  7955.T  : 
     
    * Says co repurchased 5 million shares of its treasury stock 
(represents 11.92 percent stake) at totaling 3.81 billion yen, 
during the period from Nov. 8 to Dec. 6 
    * This is the result of shares buy-back plan disclosed on 
Nov. 7 which was aimed to buy 13.11 percent stake of shares back 
via takeover bid
