 Annual Financial Report

 

Close Brothers Group plc (the "group" or "Close Brothers") announces that it
has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2025 (the "Annual Report").

The Annual Report will be sent to shareholders on 17 October 2025, together
with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The 2025 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT on 20 November 2025 at
11.00am. Full details of the proposed resolutions will be set out in the
Notice of AGM.

 

The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at
the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline to be set out in the Notice of
AGM. Further details regarding voting by proxy will be set out in the Notice
of AGM.
