Change of auditor
Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") today announces that, following a formal and comprehensive tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the group and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 July 2018. 
This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to be held in November 2017.
Deloitte LLP will remain the group's auditors for the financial year ending 31 July 2017. 
The Board would like to thank Deloitte LLP for their significant contribution as the group's auditors over the years.
