Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") announces that Elizabeth Lee, Group Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, will be retiring from her position as an executive director of the group at the end of the 2019 financial year.
Elizabeth joined the group as General Counsel in September 2009 and was appointed a director in August 2012. The group will now be conducting a formal search for a new Group General Counsel, who will be a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Preben Prebensen, Group Chief Executive, said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Elizabeth for her very substantial contribution over the last several years and wish her all the best for the future."
