Exercise of Warrants

 

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LSE: CDL) announces that it has issued 200,500 new
ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 500 warrants at 3p per share and
200,000 warrants at 5p per share, raising gross proceeds of £10,015.

 

Application is being made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading which is expected to be on or around 20 April 2022. These shares rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Following the
issue of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital shall
consist of 483,174,200 ordinary shares. The figure of 483,174,200 represents
the total voting rights in the Company and should be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance
& Transparency Rules.

by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), and is
