CEO and Chairman Resignation

 

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, ("Cloudbreak"), announces that Samuel "Kyler" Hardy
has resigned as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cloudbreak, and all
its subsidiaries, with immediate effect.

 

The Non-Executive Board members have appointed Andrew Male, Executive
Director, as Interim CEO.
