Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (LSE: CDL) a natural resource project generator, is
pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier
today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The results of the poll were as follows:
