Update on Publication of Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2026


 


Cloudified Holdings Limited (AIM: CHL), the AIM-quoted cash shell, announces a delay to the publication of its Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2026 (“Interim Results”). The Company continues while it works towards completing the proposed acquisition of PowerPlay Media and Entertainment Limited, as announced on 29 June 2026. Trading in the Company’s shares on AIM remains suspended.
