Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the AIM listed cyber security business,
announces that it has been informed that on 21 January 2022 Ian Selby, CFO,
acquired 540,546 ordinary shares in the Company today at an average price of
1.034 pence per share.

Ian Selby is now interested in 3,259,894 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.62% of the current issued share capital.
