June 3(Reuters) - Capman Green Energy Fund AD Sofia

    *  Board has amended its capital increase decision dated 
March 29 on the grounds of a letter obtained from the Financial 
Supervision Commission  
    * Board has taken a decision for capital increase to 19.3 
million Bulgarian lev ($11.10 million) from 1.2 million 
Bulgarian lev through the public offering of 18.1 million new 
common, registered, dematerialised and voting shares of 1.00
