India's CMS Info Systems down on block deals, promoter stake sale reports

** Shares of cash management co CMS Info Systems  CMSN.NS 
down 1.9% at 389.4 rupees
    ** Nearly 1.9 mln shares change hands in six blocks as of
9:43 a.m. IST between 375.55 rupees and 380.95 rupees, a 5.4%-4%
discount to yesterday's closing price
    ** CMSN backer Sion Investment Holdings, affiliate of
private equity firm BPEA EQT, is likely to sell up to its entire
26.69% stake in co, reports CNBC-TV18
    ** CMSN did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for
comment, EQT declined to comment
    ** More than 6.5 mln CMSN shares traded so far, busiest day
since Aug. 10, 2023
