** The tech & logistics provider says first-quarter consol net profit falls 10.6% to 836.8 million rupees ($8.77 million)
** Quarterly consol revenue from ops up 1.2% to 6.35 billion rupees
** Company says 250 million rupee impact in its ATM transactions segment during the quarter
** Steep wage inflation and Middle-East crisis impact on fuel price hurt increasing expenses, says company
