** Shares of CMS Info Systems CMSN.NS rise 3.9% to 384.05 rupees

** Co, which provides logistics and technology services to banks and financial institutions, completes acquisition of additional 1.2 mln shares in Securens Systems, raising stake to 99.50%

** CMSN says it will acquire remaining shares in co in one or more tranches

** Stock set to snap four-session losing streak

** Despite gains, CMSN down ~21% YTD
