Brief: CNPlus to issue 6 bln won worth of convertible bonds

Nov 24 (Reuters) - CNPlus Co Ltd  115530.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue third unregistered and unsecured 
private convertible bonds, to raise 6 billion won in proceeds 
for investment funds 
    * Says maturity date is Jan. 11, 2020, coupon rate is 3 
percent and yield to maturity is 5 percent for the bonds  
    * Conversion price is 4,520 won per share
