Nov 2 (Reuters) - CNNC International Ltd  2302.HK : 
 * Entered into sale contract valued at no less than HK$56 million for sale of certain uranium concentrates inventory to third party to be delivered in about November 2015 
 * Says group is also actively pursuing the mining licence of its exploration assets 
 * "Expected that the Mongolian government will hold 51% of the Mongolian project, and the group will hold 49%, upon issuance of the licence" 
 * Says "it is the intention of the group to continue its uranium trading business" 
 * Group is in negotiations with Mongolian government for issuance of requisite mining licence
