** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies fall, tracking a decline in natgas prices NGA/

** U.S natgas futures NGc1 fall 1.3%, to $2.88 per million British thermal units

** Natgas prices fell on near-record output, ample fuel in stockpiles and forecasts for less hot weather next week than expected

** Shares of natgas companies: CNX Resources CNX.N down 2.2%, EQT Corp EQT.N decline 3.6% and Williams Companies WMB.N fall 1.1%

** ** ETFs — United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P down marginally and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P down 2.6%
