** Shares of theme park operator Coast Entertainment CEH.AX rise as much as 14.3% to A$0.48, their highest level since April 22
** Shares post biggest intraday pct gain since May 29
** Co says the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA)indicates its support for the application for the development of the Dreamworld precinct theme park
** Co says SARA's response has been provided to the Queensland Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning for his final decision
** YTD, CEH down 12.7%
