** Shares of British thread manufacturer Coats Group  COA.L 
down 3.6% at 89.8p
    ** Co's chief finance officer Jackie Callaway will step down
from her role on May 21
    ** Coats appoints Hannah Nichols to succeed Callaway
    ** Jefferies analysts said Callaway stepping down will come
as "a bit of a surprise to the market" and credited her for
making "significant improvements to the group's profitability
and pension status"
    ** COA rose ~27% in 2024
