** Shares of Australia's Cobalt Blue  COB.AX  rise as much
as 7.5% to A$0.215, their biggest intraday pct gain since Nov
27, 2023 
    ** The cobalt miner says two bulk samples of 5 tons each of
third-party feedstock received at Broken Hill Demonstration
Plant, part of cobalt project in New South Wales (NSW),
Australia 
    ** Co says the samples are undergoing evaluation
    ** Cobalt Blue says testing of samples to form basis of
commercial feedstock for its Cobalt-Nickel refinery project in
Western Australia 
    ** Stock went down 59.5% in 2023
