** Shares of Cobre Ltd  CBE.AX  rise as much as 13.3% to
A$0.17; set for best day since Jan. 10, if gains hold
    ** Shares hit highest level since Jan. 20 
    ** Miner finds copper mineralization in several targets at
its Ngami Copper Project in Botswana 
    ** Says co has commenced its 2023 drill program in the
project 
    ** About 2.7 mln shares change hands compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 1.2 mln shares
    ** Shares of co are down 14.3% YTD as of last close
