** Copper explorer executes investment agreement with Sinomine International Exploration (Hong Kong)

** Under agreement, Sinomine to purchase 70% stake in Cobre's Okavango Project in Botswana for A$7 million ($4.55 million) after an investment of A$3 million for Cobre's shares

** Stock is up 9.8% YTD, including the session's moves
