Australia's Codrus Minerals rises on rare earths find at WA project

** Shares of gold explorer Codrus Minerals Ltd  CDR.AX  soar
as much as 76% to A$0.220, their highest since Dec. 9, 2022
    ** Co says it hit high-grade rare earth mineralisation at
Karloning REE-Niobium project in Western Australia
    ** "The Karloning project represents an excellent
opportunity for Codrus to diversify into critical minerals space
and build on its current gold and copper assets," says CDR
    ** More than 8.6 mln shares have changed hands, compared
with the 30-day average of about 140,000 shares
    ** Stock last up 36%, and swings to YTD gain of 30.77%
compared to fall of 3.85% at last close
