    * PS Holdco Sp. z o.o. announced tender offer for 26,160,180 
shares representing 37.45 percent stake in Cognor SA  COGP.WA  
at 0.97 zloty ($0.25) per share, informed PS Holdco Sp. z o.o. 
on Tuesday 
    * The subscription runs until May 17 
    * PS Holdco plans to reach 100 percent stake in Cognor SA
