The Company has been informed today that Stanley Carter, non-executive director of the Company and his wife Mary Carter, each transferred 2,958 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to their three children in equal proportions, representing a transfer of 986 ordinary shares of 10p each to each of their three children. Following this transaction, Stanley Carter's beneficial interest and that of his persons closely associated in ordinary shares of the Company is 9,099,802, representing 22.22% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
