COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholdings
Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive
The Company hereby wishes to notify the market that, following the payment of the final dividend on 18 September 2019, dividends received in respect of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by Andrew Thomis in individual ISA and nominee accounts were automatically reinvested in Ordinary Shares on 11 October 2019 at a price of 518 pence per share. The number of Ordinary Shares held in the individual ISA of Andrew Thomis increased by 483 Ordinary Shares and the number of Ordinary Shares held in the nominee account of Andrew Thomis increased by 365 Ordinary Shares.
In addition, the dividends received in respect of the Ordinary Shares held by Yasmin Thomis (Andrew Thomis' spouse) in her individual ISA and nominee accounts were automatically reinvested in Ordinary Shares on 11 October 2019 at a price of 518 pence per share. The number of Ordinary Shares held in the individual ISA of Yasmin Thomis increased by 508 Ordinary Shares and the number of Ordinary Shares held in the nominee account of Yasmin Thomis increased by 253 Ordinary Shares.
Following these transactions, Andrew Thomis' interest and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares is 162,719, representing 0.40% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
