CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT

MASS WINS EXTENSION TO Joint Command and staff training (jcast) contract

Cohort, the independent technology group, is pleased to announce that its
wholly owned subsidiary MASS Consultants Ltd ("MASS") has been awarded an
extension to the Joint Command and Staff Training (JCAST) contract for UK
Strategic Command for a further one year, until July 2025.  This contract has
a value in excess of £6m.

Andy Thomis, Cohort Chief Executive, said:

"MASS has been delivering this service for over 20 years. This extension to
our existing contract providing Joint Command and Staff Training for UK
Strategic Command speaks to the continued quality of service provided by the
team at MASS.  Together with other recent contract wins across the Group,
this contract further underpins our order book and enhances the visibility of
