Cohort plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive,
Andy Thomis, and Finance Director, Simon Walther, will present its full year
results for the year ended 30 April 2024.

The event will take place on Friday 19(th) July, starting at 10am.

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders and
registration is free. Questions can be submitted during the presentation and
