Cohort plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive,
Andrew Thomis, and Finance Director, Simon Walther, will present its
preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2025.

The webinar will take place on Friday 18(th) July, starting at 10.15am. The
online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders and
registration is free.
