Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 
Cohort plc (the Company) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2020 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the AGM) have now been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at cohortplc.com/investors or by request.
The AGM will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday 15 September 2020 at the registered office of the Company at One Waterside Drive, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, England RG7 4SW.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic and in order to ensure the safety of the Company's shareholders and employees, in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, shareholders may not attend the AGM in person this year. The AGM will be run as a closed meeting and only essential personnel from the Company will attend. Shareholders are urged to appoint the Chair of the AGM as their proxy. 
The Directors recognise the importance of the AGM as an opportunity for shareholders to communicate to the Directors and accordingly, shareholders will be able to raise questions with the Chairman and Chief Executive in a live Q&A session to be held immediately after the AGM. Details of how to join the Q&A session will be published on the Company's website at cohortplc.com/investors at least 72 hours before the date and time of the meeting.
