Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

 

Cohort announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30
April 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being posted or
otherwise made available to its shareholders today and copies are now
available on the Cohort website (at
cohortplc.com/investors/results-reports-presentations) or by request.

 

The AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 25 September 2025 at the offices of
Investec, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.

Full details of the resolutions are set out in the Notice.
